Overview
OLOE Badminton Class is a badminton coaching for small groups who are new to badminton in schools. The classes are suitable for children aged from 5 to 18 years old and at any ability level whether they are new, beginners, or intermediates.
Our badminton classes are in a group of up to 6 students, each group with a coach. The program will help them to develop the skills and techniques required for the sport in a fun, engaging, and challenging way.
Our badminton training sessions are easy to learn, fun and sociable, suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or strength. They are designed to make people feel comfortable with their new skills and get the most out of them. You can choose to take part in an individual or small group session.
What you learn:
Beginners
- Proper Footwork
- Proper Grip
- Proper technique for various shots (high clear, low clear, drop shot, smash, and backhand)
- Proper technique for the serve (deep, short)
Advance
- Improve basic footwork
- Improve basic badminton techniques (high clear, drop shots, net, lift, smash, serve, and backhand)
- General physical conditioning – endurance, resistance training, flexibility, speed, power (in-court training)
- Full court game play (game strategies)
- Encourage students to participate in local tournaments
